Publisher Description
Power Outage Detector does exactly what it says - it detects (and alerts you) in the event of a power outage.
Do you have a infant or child and use a baby monitor to wake you if they're crying at night? What if your power goes out while you're asleep and the baby monitor doesn't work?
Or maybe you have a sub-pump that runs when it rains. What would happen if the sub-pump should be running but can't because the power went out while you're asleep?
Power Outage Detector is here to solve this problem. Simply plug your device into an outlet, open Power Outage Detector and touch the button to Start Monitoring. Now if the power goes out while you're asleep, Power Outage Detector will play a loud siren to wake you up and let you know that the power is out.
When you're ready to unplug your device all you have to do is touch the button to Stop Monitoring and you can unplug your device without causing the siren to play.
Power Outage Detector even runs and will alert you while your device is locked. It's a best-in-class outage detection app and helps give you peace of mind during those dark, stormy nights.
Requires iOS 4.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
